Sean Bowers has extensive experience in the design and management of projects throughout the mid-Atlantic, including multifamily residential communities, churches, and commercial buildings. His expertise includes the preparation of construction documents and the coordination of project engineering, construction, and trade skill components. He brings a strategic focus to each project in terms of value engineering and constructability, and is proficient in addressing jurisdictional code and accessibility issues.

Sean is knowledgeable about a range of construction delivery methods and materials, is active in the code development community, and has assisted in the modification of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. He is also an expert in advanced design technology, including AutoCAD and other 3D imaging software.
